2011 brought some great times and some very sad times. We almost completed the goal the of an empyrean for every member. Colorless Souls killed the process, but were still worth getting for those who wanted. We only had Cruia, Soulshadow, Braden and Eblan to finish our first loop. We also killed our first Vrtra in CR history, still need to get AV and PW though! We started Voidwatch and had some success in getting wins, but didn't really see progress until we changed our stratagy. We added some new recruits, some have been great some not so much..
We had to say goodbye to our dear sweet friend Bob. Our prayers are still with her family. We also said goodbye to some members who no longer wanted to continue in the same direction as the linkshell.
Overall 2011 was a good year. We had fun together and got alot of things done ingame.
Direction of 2012
I think the progress we made in 2011 has laid a solid base to build into the future with. We will be continuing some events and adding some new ones. We will be looking to expand our CR Family with some steady members who are completely commited to making CR great.
We will be looking to wrap up some past content, which we haven't conquered yet. The goal of helping each member create a more rounded job selection will still be in place in 2012, so don't be surprised if asked to level something different. I'm looking forward to another great year with friends and family as we play this game together.

1. Add 5 - 7 Full Time Members
2. Kill AV.
3. Kill PW.
4. Complete Jeuno VW Path.
5. Complete Zilart VW Path.
6. Complete an New VW Pathes.
7. Add 1 New or Upgraded Empyrean Weapon to every member.
